This Center is the first of its kind in Birmingham, AL as well as the largest in the State. The purpose of the Center is to have patients follow a structured program with our Team of professionals. All patients participate in the program utilizing skilled Physicians, Registered Dietitian, Fitness Trainer, Mental Health Professional, Nurses and Bariatric Coordinators.
